Job summary

Onni Group is seeking a Porter to maintain curb appeal and support staff at properties in Seattle, WA. The role involves cleaning, basic maintenance, and assisting other team members to run properties efficiently.

Responsibilities include waste management, safety checks, cleaning common areas, and assisting with make-readies and vacant unit prep. This on-site role offers competitive pay and strong benefits within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED
• Customer service, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and assisting in preventive maintenance and safety of assigned properties.
• Report and/or initiate action to correct unsafe conditions or damage to apartment and hotel property.
• Perform pressure washing, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing of common area surfaces.
• Remove trash from common area waste bins and trash rooms and deliver to appropriate receptacles and replace bin liners when necessary.
• Wash down and clean trash room and trash chutes on a weekly basis.
• Monitor all trash rooms, ensure doors are operating properly and are clean and free of debris daily.
• Monitor, maintain, and clean all areas of parking garage.
• Monitor dog run and pet waste stations. Empty and clean bins and replenish pet waste bags.
• Supply and restock common area amenities such as refrigerators and gym towels.
