Dwelling Place Properties is seeking a part-time Porter to clean public areas and exterior property daily, maintain a fresh-smelling environment, and assist the staff as needed to manage the property efficiently.

The role includes trash removal, carpet care, floor maintenance, and reporting any equipment issues to the superintendent. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and capable of multitasking in a team setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred.
• Customer service skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Able to multi-task and work in a team.
• Able to read and interpret documents; write reports.
• Able to work 25-30 hours; weekly schedule may change.

Responsabilidades

• Clean the public areas of the building and exterior property daily according to the schedule.
• Pick up trash, litter, cigarette butts and pet droppings from grounds.
• Report defective or broken equipment to the superintendent.
• Manage garbage and recyclables; use compactor as needed.
• Shampoo carpets and strip/wax tile floors per instructions.
• Assist superintendent with tasks or repairs when needed.
• Perform snow and ice removal.
• Notify superintendent about issues such as vandalism or broken lights.
