You will help maintain building interiors and exteriors, assist with painting and scheduled tasks, and ensure our properties present a welcoming, safe environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of common areas, grounds, and entrances.
• Perform janitorial tasks: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, garbage removal.
• Assist with painting, minor maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Work with Maintenance Supervisor on scheduled tasks.
• Respond proactively to cleaning and appearance requests.
