Responsibilities

• Maintain interior cleanliness: lobbies, elevators, hallways and floors.
• Keep exterior areas clean: sidewalks, driveways, garages and windows.
• Collect and dispose trash and recycling.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to Supervisor.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and reorder when needed.
• Provide friendly service to residents, guests, and teammates.
• Communicate issues and supply needs to Supervisor in real time.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE for cleaning products.
