Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Property Management Specialist for a commercial real estate client in Oak Brook, IL. The 11-month contract will involve tenant relations, property operations, and financial processes to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of commercial properties.
• Serve as a point of contact for tenants and assist with tenant relations.
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and building operations.
• Assist with financial processes, including invoicing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare property reports and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct property inspections and help ensure compliance with site standards.
• Monitor service requests and support issue resolution.
• Help ensure properties are well maintained and deliver a positive tenant experience.
