CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a property or portfolio across commercial spaces. You will assist in operations, marketing, and financial activities, coordinating with building staff to resolve tenant needs and maintain service levels.

The role involves inspections, vendor invoicing approvals, PO assignment, tenant billings, move-ins/outs, and producing timely reports. Our team emphasizes CBRE RISE values and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs, ensuring administrative and building staff resolve problems promptly and services meet policies and standards.
• Assist in performing periodic property inspections and recommend alterations and maintenance as needed.
• Review and recommend approvals for vendor invoices under CBRE policies and PM approval matrix.
• Assign Purchase Orders per CBRE policies and PM approval matrix.
• Assist with preparation of accurate tenant billings.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs and walks-throughs with tenants and tenant improvement department.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports.
• May assist in producing research data for budget items or entering budget data into reports.
• May capture preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports.
