CBRE is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will support the management of Class A Office properties, addressing tenant needs, conducting property inspections, and assisting with vendor payment approvals.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate property management. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success.
As a CBRE Assistant Property Manager, you will support the higher staff in leading all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial Class A Office properties including marketing, operations, and financial activities. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.
