Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, maintain resident relations, and oversee leasing and reporting tasks. This role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, contract oversight, and a positive resident experience at the property.

The candidate will assist with occupancy, rent administration, and financial reporting, while upholding company policies and safety standards. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Lease apartments as needed.
• Assist with training staff on leasing and office operations.
