Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Tucson property, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and property marketing in line with company standards.

You will manage vendor contracts, safety programs, monthly reporting, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service to residents and clients while maintaining compliance and a collaborative, service‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required locally.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and retention, rent collection, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff with coaching and development.
• Lead and communicate vision to associates to drive performance.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
• Organize site disaster and evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
