Post Road Management's Washington Gardens Community Manager role oversees the property's operational, financial, and physical performance, guiding onsite teams to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction targets. This position drives accountability and collaborates with maintenance, regional leadership, and corporate teams to maximize results.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and resident relations, with opportunities to lead capital planning and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple communities required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned community.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, resident retention.
• Lead onboarding and training, promote accountability and team culture.
• Monitor financial performance and NOI, review statements and expenses.
• Coordinate with maintenance and supervise technicians.
• Prepare operating reports and maintain records.
