Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in property management is required.
• Two years of direct management experience is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire administrative, leasing, and maintenance staff.
• Prepare and deliver performance feedback and annual reviews.
• Manage day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budget development and adherence.
• Prepare monthly and weekly reporting.
