Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years multifamily experience, including management.
• Entrata proficiency preferred.
• Commercial experience preferred.
• Must possess a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication, organization, management and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial goals and operate asset in owners’ best interest in accordance with policies.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections.
• Ensure rents and late fees are collected and processed timely.
• Generate necessary legal action and documents per state guidelines.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and certificates of insurance.
• Ensure accounts payable and petty cash are handled properly.
• Maintain high occupancy and effective leasing strategies.
• Lead community emergencies with staff and residents to minimize liabilities.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
