Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of residential property management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple communities required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Excellent budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned communities to ensure safety, service quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with annual operating budgets and monitor financial performance to improve NOI.
• Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of onsite teams.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, and resident satisfaction; implement action plans as needed.
• Maintain resident files and ensure compliance with applicable housing programs and audits.
