Job summary

Post Road Management seeks a Community Manager II to oversee multiple residential communities, improving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You’ll lead onsite teams, monitor budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with maintenance and regional leadership.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, financial acumen, and consistent performance coaching to build a positive team culture and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential property management experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience managing multiple communities.
• LIHTC experience & certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, and resident satisfaction.
• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and coordinate capital projects as needed.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports; maintain records and docs.
