Avenue5 Residential in Missouri is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, maintenance, and reporting. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage vendor contracts, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required locally.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Manage leases, supplier contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting.
• Recruit, interview, feedback, and hiring.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract residents and retain them.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and rules.
