Greystar seeks a property operations leader to manage day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community, lead the onsite team, and ensure budgeted financial and operational goals are met. You will oversee leasing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations, enforce company policies, and drive occupancy and revenue while upholding safety and quality standards across the property.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience managing day-to-day apartment operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and monitor property budgets and financial performance.
• Set rent rates and oversee collections and reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage relationships with service providers.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and occupancy strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Supervise onsite staff and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
