Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties, lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coordinating between owners, vendors, and on-site staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, and adherence to safety and service standards across a mid-rise community with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into property budgets by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rents, post payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and insurance.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and coordinate maintenance with staff.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
