Job summary

Reliant Asset Management Solutions seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of affordable housing, market multifamily, and single-family properties in California. The role requires supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and regulatory agreements.

You will handle tenant communications, lease processing, move-ins, certifications, and site visits. A CA driver's license is required for travel within the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associates preferred with real estate coursework or business administration.
• Five+ years’ experience in property management or housing environment; supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff by planning, prioritizing, assigning and reviewing work.
• Audit files for regulatory compliance and prepare for audits.
• Manage delinquent rent notices, lease violations and legal action files.
• Resolve resident concerns via written and verbal communication; use settlement conference procedures.
• Walk properties regularly to ensure health, safety, and curb appeal standards.
