Job summary

Eureka Multifamily Group seeks an Affordable Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a property, ensuring financial goals are met and resident satisfaction remains high.

The role requires extensive knowledge of project-based section 8 and tax credit programs, leasing operations, and HUD guidelines. You will supervise the maintenance and leasing teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of affordable housing property management experience with staff supervision.
• COS certification on HUD-governed property preferred.
• Certification as a resident manager is a plus.
• Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and financial results.
• Supervise Maintenance Supervisor, Leasing staff and on-site team.
• Manage leasing, wait list, renewals and HUD/LIHTC program compliance.
• Maintain resident files and ensure HUD/TC/ADHP/HOME/Bond regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and review reports; coordinate with management and auditors.
