Realty Resources Management LLC is seeking an organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing developments across the region. You will manage daily operations, budgets, and staffing for multiple properties while ensuring lease compliance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, budgets, and staffing for multiple properties.
• Coordinate resident move-ins, lease signings, onboarding, and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turnovers.
• Address resident concerns and enforce lease compliance professionally and consistently.
• Monitor property conditions, safety needs, and capital improvement needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff.
• Coordinate with the Occupancy Department regarding tenant documentation and apartment showings.
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and company policies.
