Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community in San Antonio, TX. You’ll lead staff, manage budgets, set rents, and ensure compliance with housing laws.

You’ll analyze market trends, drive occupancy, and coordinate maintenance while delivering excellent resident service and maintaining property standards. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years’ relevant experience are preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and oversee staff to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and monitor monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and ensure correct coding and insurance certificates.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and fees.
• Analyze market trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
• Ensure maintenance team adheres to company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain safety and appearance.
