Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets and business plans for the property.
• Maintain budgeted occupancy and financial performance.
• Ensure rents are collected and posted on time.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and billing.
• Approve and supervise timely submission of invoices.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff to meet goals.
• Conduct staff training and regular meetings.
• Provide top-notch service to residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Attend resident retention activities and monitor maintenance.
• Inspect the property regularly and ensure standards.
