Job summary

Greystar, a leading global real estate platform, seeks a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community in San Antonio. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, maximize occupancy, ensure compliance with laws, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

You’ll analyze financials, approve expenditures, coordinate maintenance, and report performance to owners. The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Develop and monitor budgets; set rent rates and review financial reports.
• Oversee leasing, applications, inspections, and compliance with laws (Fair Housing, ADA, etc.).
• Coordinate maintenance, inspect property and amenities, and ensure safety/appearance standards.
• Communicate with owners and report performance; manage vendor contracts and payments.
