Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community in Montgomery County, Conshohocken. You will lead staff, manage budgets, enforce lease policies, and coordinate maintenance and vendor relations to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field and 4–6 years of relevant experience are preferred. The role offers comprehensive benefits and bonuses; local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently, as a leader and team member.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff.
• Set rent rates, ensure timely collection of rents and deposits, and review monthly financials.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications and contracts.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
