Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies and evictions.
• Process evictions and serve notices.
• Lease apartments and manage move-ins/outs.
• Inspect properties for safety and maintenance needs.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Prepare routine notices, letters, and communications.
• Maintain property operations in the manager's absence.
