Avenue5 Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for The Townhomes at Horizon Ridge in Henderson, NV. You will assist the property manager in daily operations, lease administration, reporting, and resident relations to ensure a positive living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent collection, and rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; handle move-ins/move-outs.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist in training staff.
