Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Reno, NV is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in the overall operations of the property. This includes ensuring efficient operations, overseeing supplier contracts and maintenance, lease administration, monthly reporting, and ensuring a positive experience for residents, associates, and property owners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in property management is required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or an equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee resident satisfaction, retention and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable, rent posting and rent roll accuracy.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records, notices and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
