Job summary

Greystar in Houston, TX is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, lead the onsite team, and ensure budgeted goals are met. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a leader.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead onsite team.
Develop budgets, analyze financial statements, and approve vendor invoices.
Manage lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewal processes.
Monitor marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Promote resident satisfaction and address service requests promptly.
Ensure maintenance standards and safety across property and amenities.
Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and conduct performance reviews.
Coordinate with owners/clients, provide property performance updates and reports.
