Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Property Manager to lead the property team, manage budgets, forecasts, and marketing plans, while ensuring exceptional resident relations. The role focuses on blending financial oversight with people leadership to achieve property goals.

You will mentor staff, drive financial performance, and engage in marketing activities, while communicating effectively with residents and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and budgets.
• Lead, train, and supervise staff; motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, and understanding English.

Responsabilidades

• With Regional Manager, complete annual budgets, forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans and capital plans.
• Drive financial performance by understanding how operational decisions affect financial results.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise and assess performance of all staff.
• Maintain professional resident communications via newsletters and other media.
• Engage in promotional/social/content marketing efforts.
