Job summary

Apartment Management Professionals is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support daily property operations, leasing activities, rent collection, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes resident relations, leadership, and accurate lease administration in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires at least three years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across digital platforms and in-person.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents, team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ResMan experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Director in managing daily property operations and addressing resident needs.
• Foster relationships with prospective residents by providing information and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate posting of payments.
• Oversee eviction processes for delinquent accounts per legal requirements.
• Train and mentor staff in leasing and sales techniques.
• Prepare and execute detailed, legally compliant lease agreements.
