Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to join our team in Springdale, AR. The role focuses on leasing, administrative tasks, customer service, and daily on-site presence to ensure smooth operations of the community.

You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases while maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent service. Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, show, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Conduct tours, collect applications, and sign leases.
• Complete all leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, unit walks, and turn processes.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Use sales/marketing strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing goals.
• Handle resident relations and resolve complaints to maintain satisfaction.
