Groma in Boston is seeking a Property Operations Co-op to support day-to-day tasks across property management, leasing, and corporate development. You will handle resident inquiries, coordinate showings, and assist with new acquisitions.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with on-site duties and a 40-hour workweek. Pairing with a collaborative team, you will gain hands-on experience in real estate operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality, real estate a plus.
• Strong computer skills and Excel experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, phone comfort.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Field inbound calls, emails, and resident portal requests and inquiries.
• Perform on-site property inspections quarterly and for turnovers.
• Audit monthly rent balances and billings for work orders.
• Coordinate with maintenance on scheduling and follow-ups.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes.
• Execute apartment showings and coordinate third-party showings.
• Assist with subletting and lease assignments; review applications.
• Support onboarding of new acquisitions and policy rollout across teams.
