Groma seeks a motivated Junior Property Manager to support daily operations at Mosaic in Lynn, MA. This role collaborates with maintenance and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day activities while growing in scope.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property management, strong organization, communication, and knowledge of relevant laws including fair housing. Evening/weekend availability and local market familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in property management or related real estate operations.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and task management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to property management, including fair housing laws.
• Familiarity with Greater Boston Area real estate market.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the properties.
• Ensure properties are maintained to high standards and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate timely resolution.
• Assist with emergency service coordination and incident reports.
• Develop knowledge of maintenance programs and capital projects to support operations.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and operations staff on daily duties.
• Analyze rents to aid in underwriting.
• Track leasing operations metrics and support leasing efforts and marketing.
• Prepare operating reports on weekly, monthly, and annual cadence.
• Track delinquency and support collections efforts.
