Groma seeks a motivated Maintenance Operations Co-op to support our residential portfolio in Boston. The role coordinates maintenance tasks, communicates with residents, and works with field technicians and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

Responsibilities include on-site inspections, move-in/move-out support, inventory audits, and assisting with property operations and policy implementation. This is a 40-hour-per-week co-op with a $20/hour rate in Boston.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, administration or hospitality roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable talking on the phone.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong documentation and scheduling discipline.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Coordination: act as primary contact for maintenance tasks across the portfolio.
• Field inbound maintenance requests via phone, email, and resident portal; triage issues.
• Dispatch in-house technicians or third-party contractors as needed; prioritize issues.
