Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of related experience in residential property management preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.
• Proficient with computers, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected when due and posted timely; issue notices as needed.
• Close out month with delinquency level set by Community Manager.
• Coordinate with maintenance and make-ready staff for timely reconditioning of apartments after move-out.
• Accurately complete monthly pre-close and close out process; make corrections as needed.
• Assist in renewal and resident retention programs; distribute and follow up on notices.
