Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site Leasing/Property Support professional to assist in daily apartment community operations. You will engage with prospective residents, process applications, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant community.

Responsibilities include leasing and renewals, coordinating with maintenance staff, supporting marketing activities, and handling rent-related tasks while upholding community standards and fairness.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and information.
• Basic math, rate, ratio and percentages understanding.
• Basic problem solving and handling simple tasks.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospective residents and process applications.
• Assist with lease negotiations and renewals.
• Support property manager with leasing and maintenance staff oversight.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers and deposits.
• Support resident relations and enforce community rules.
