Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an on-site Leasing Assistant to support day-to-day operations at our apartment community in San Antonio. You will show apartments, process applications, and assist with lease renewals and rent collection.

The role requires weekend availability, basic MS Office skills, and strong customer service. We offer a supportive team and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced leasing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• 1 year of experience in related role or leasing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and information.
• Basic math skills: add/subtract, calculate percentages and compare rates.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications and re-certifications and share information with compliance.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff oversight.
• Support marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
