Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a capable on-site team member to support operations at an apartment community. You will assist with leasing, maintenance coordination, and daily property management tasks to ensure a high standard of service for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, about 1 year of experience, and basic MS Office skills. Responsibilities include showings, lease renewals, and enforcing community rules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply, divide, compare rates and percentages.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions with common sense and solve simple problems.
• Beginning experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, re-certifications and provide information to compliance.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance staff oversight.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, rent ledger, deposits, and delinquent rents.
• Provide account information to regional supervisor and credit agency.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
