• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision.
• MS Office: beginner level required.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications, and provide information to the compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in leasing and maintenance supervision.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits, and delinquent rents.
• Support resident relations and enforce community rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
