Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site operations assistant at a high-demand apartment community. You will assist with leasing, show apartments, coordinate with maintenance staff and support daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, basic MS Office skills, and a willingness to participate in ongoing fair housing and leasing training programs.

Qualifications

• Language: read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Math: perform basic arithmetic, ratios and percentages; interpret simple graphs.
• Reasoning: follow instructions with few variables in standard situations.
• Computer: basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide information to compliance.
• Show apartments to perspective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager with leasing and maintenance supervision.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, ledgers, deposits and petty cash.
• Assist manager with resident relations and enforcement of rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
