Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred Associate Degree in Property Management or Accounting/Bookkeeping.
• 1–2 years of leasing, bookkeeping or operations experience.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on property needs.
• Proficient in fair housing laws, property management, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations.
• Cross trained to act as Property Manager in their absence.
• Maintain the asset and maximize net operating income.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage vendor invoices and service orders.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out inspections and rent collection.
