Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leasing or property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask; a high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leasing or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with move-out notices, service requests and resident transfers.
• Implement lease renewals and resident retention programs.
• Manage resident relations, calls, requests and concerns.
• Analyze weekly leasing reports and forecast occupancy trends.
• Help develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising and promotions.
• Manage rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.
• Inspect vacancies, make-ready apartments and models; ensure policy compliance.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
