The role requires a High School diploma (GED acceptable) with 1–2 years in leasing or operations; associate degree preferred. On-site responsibilities include vendor management, rent collection, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires fair housing laws knowledge and property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Experience with leasing, vendor coordination, and maintenance workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations.
• Cross-trained to perform Property Manager duties in absence.
