Job summary

Aeon is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support management and leasing operations at East Village, a multi-unit affordable and market-rate community in Minneapolis, MN. You will work closely with the Property Manager on leasing, resident relations, rent collection, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident, vendor, and management inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Enter and coordinate maintenance requests; support leasing and resident communications.
• Maintain compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations.
• Support rent collection, leases, and financial processes; assist with terminations.
• Assist with marketing and leasing to meet occupancy goals; ensure fair housing compliance.
