Job summary

Aeon is seeking an experienced property management professional to join our team as a Roving Property Manager in the Twin Cities. This full-time, in-person role supports multiple properties by stepping in when a Property Manager is unavailable, guiding on-site staff, and maintaining daily operations.

You will lead training, oversee leasing, budgeting, and compliance activities, and partner with the Portfolio Director to ensure resident satisfaction and property profitability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading property management teams.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8 or Tax Credit) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and increase net operating income.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise on-site staff while ensuring performance expectations.
• Oversee daily property operations, leasing, and compliance tasks.
• Prepare budgets, monitor variances, and support capital projections.
• Maintain property profitability and collect receivables in line with policy.
• Coordinate with Marketing to meet occupancy and retention goals.
