Job summary

Aeon in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Roving Property Manager to lead on-site teams, oversee daily operations, and support transitions when a Property Manager is absent.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing, maintenance oversight, housing compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading property management teams.
• Experience with affordable housing programs (Section 8, Tax Credit).
• Proven track record in budgets and NOI improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams and training, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and variances.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and vendor management to protect assets.
• Lead leasing processes, including showings, applications, and move-ins.
• Ensure housing compliance and successful agency inspections (REAC, MPHA, etc).
• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture resident relationships.
