Job summary

Birchstone Residential in Irving, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and resident relations.

You will manage rent collection, postings, deposits, lease renewals, show units, assist with leasing team, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and uphold Birchstone Standards while delivering exceptional service to residents. This role requires strong organization, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Two (2) or more years work experience in multi-family, Conventional/Market Rate, Class A and Class B communities preferred.
• Two (2) or more years work experience in residential leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
• One (1) or more years work experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of Property operations to ensure adherence to Birchstone standards, exceptional service, and the highest degree of resident satisfaction while upholding Birchstone values and working within budgetary guidelines.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all current, future, and previous residents. Create and develop meaningful and memorable experiences through personal relationship building.
• Assist the Property Manager in the oversight of leasing and service team.
• Support Leasing Specialists and ensure Fair Housing guidelines are followed; verify resident applications and assist in showing units and the Property to prospective residents.
