Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• One (1) or more years work experience in leasing, sales, or customer service position required.
• One (1) or more years work experience in the multi-family property management industry preferred.
• Certification: CLP and Fair Housing certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and explain community value.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and build relationships.
• Qualify and screen applicants, process rental applications, and follow Fair Housing guidelines.
• Secure deposits and lease agreements; manage lease expirations and renewals.
• Communicate community policies to residents and assist with move-in/move-out procedures.
• Assist in inspections and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Support marketing efforts and resident events; maintain online advertisements.
