Job summary

Birchstone-Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations and ensure exceptional resident experiences.

You will assist with leasing, rent collection, and coordination of the service team while maintaining Birchstone standards and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, bilingual abilities are a plus, and a willingness to work on-site in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of experience in multi-family housing, Conventional/Market Rate, Class A/B communities preferred.
• One+ year in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• CPM/CAM/ARM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of Property operations to ensure Birchstone standards and resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to current, future, and prior residents; build relationships.
• Oversee leasing activities and service team coordination; support Leasing Specialists and Fair Housing compliance.
• Lead rent collection, deposits, and basic accounting reconciliations for the property.
• Assist in renewals, move-outs, and upkeep of lease files and unit readiness.
• Walk properties to ensure show-ready units and Birchstone standards; address resident concerns.
