Avenue5 Residential seeks a Property Manager to oversee the property’s operations, ensuring resident satisfaction and adherence to company standards. You will manage leases, rent collection, P&L, and marketing while coordinating with teams to deliver excellent service.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching associates, and executing the property’s strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager or similar system experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
